My partner and I worked concurrently on this assignment; He focused on the content of the assignment, while I focused on the presentation of it and translation to the website that we were expected to make. My partner finished earlier than I did, leaving me to add the content to the bootstrap template that I worked off of en masse. I was able to get the majority of the content formatted with HTML's various tags, struggling a bit with deciding how best to format everything such that the content didn't feel overwhelming and so that the page remained consistent. I didn't bother to use most of Bootstrap's features, partially due to the fact that I've used it extensively in the past, so we functionally used it as a stylesheet rather than to it's full potential. In the end, I added some CSS in order to make it feel less barebones. The final result is as seen.
