Electronic Notebook

  1. Noted content that needs to be changed: Summary paragraph about the gene, image needs title and descriptive legend, in-text citations needed, and active links all APA formatted.
  2. Noted feedback to improve: Ensembl gene ID doesn't match link, Uniprot ID doesn't match and typo in label, acknowledgements and references need separate headers and update week 3 to week 4 and 7.
  3. I went on Uniprot and found the Uniprot ID: P20437.
  4. Found the correct link for Uniprot: http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P20437
  5. I then went on Ensembl once more to find the correct ID: YMR199W
  6. I was about to start writing a one paragraph summary for the page but found that I had already done so on our Week 4 page.
  7. Wrote an image title and description.
  8. Cited the authors of the research that had the image.
  9. Sent edits/revisions to Eddie to add to the page.
