Comments

The reason for my mistakes on Reading Frames +1, +2, and +3 was difficult to discern initially. At first I was wondering whether it had to do with a mistake within the sequence. I realized that my process of translation was incorrect. When I was translating, I would convert the coding nucleotides into their complements, then look for the matching codon. In essence, I had the -1 reading frame of the complementary strand when I thought I was getting the +1 reading frame for the coding strand.
