  • Edits made were the following:
    1. The amino acid "M" was added to the translated sequences along with the original term "start". This edit was made, because I had originally left out the letter "M" in my translated sequence, because I thought the word "start" was sufficient.
    2. The amino acid "A" was added to both the 1st and 5th reading frame sequences. I had originally created an amino acid deletion among the translated sequences, by leaving out "A" in both reading frames. This was my own error of not paying close enough attention to all of the codons when translating.
