# GRNsight Right-Click-to-Gene-Information Feature: JASPAR

JASPAR is one of the databases from which GRNsight, using several API calls, is pulling gene information from for this new feature. There are a total of five databases that are being used together to gather a sufficient amount of information on the requested gene. Upon right clicking on a node in GRNsight, the user will be redirected to a page that displays important pieces of data, diagrams, and figures, to ensure that the user shouldn't have to go elsewhere, while they are working on GRNsight, to retrieve information on any gene. From the JASPAR database specifically, GRNsight is retrieving and displaying the following pieces of information: the JASPAR matrix ID, class, family, sequence logo, and frequency matrix.
